REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 certificate
Experience in a similar role with customer services focus
The following requirements will be to your advantage if finished or in the process of completion:
- NQF certificate (Legislative requirement)
- RE accreditation (Legislative requirement)
- NCA accreditation (Legislative requirement)
- Bachelors degree in Administration or Finance
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- All sales support related administrative duties including but not limited to Approvals, Contracts, Payouts, Securities and General administration.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes. Ensure that the Employer remains compliant in accordance with legislation requirements.
- Preparation of monthly reports for articles financed
- Implementation of systems and procedures in order to record and manage all critical aspects in relation to your primary focus area.
- Render professional support and liaison with management and co-personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Employer’s protocol pertaining to the release of any vehicle, trailer, equipment and / or goods from the Employer’s premises.
- Ensure quality of documentation and securities
- Absolute confidentiality in the handling of customer’s information obtained through transactions and queries.
- Support Business Development Officer in meeting production targets of turnover, yield and non-interest-bearing income.
