As an HR intern, I have gained experience supporting global sourcing efforts by assisting in recruitment for international roles. I helped research local job markets, contributed to creating job descriptions tailored to different regions, and supported the coordination of interviews across time zones. I also collaborated with international teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs. While my experience is still developing, I’ve learned how to leverage various platforms and networks to source talent globally and understand the importance of cultural sensitivity in recruitment.
